Her passion is to collaborate with artists to raise much-needed funds for various charities.
Eggstravaganza is her own special creation, dream, this is her art! The embryonic stage started in 2000 and by 2001 the first Eggstravaganza had been produced for the Ted Noffs Foundation. The Shangri la Hotel (formally known as ANA Hotel) has been the venue of choice.
Together with the artists, Eggstravaganza has a special group of supporters. Susan Avery, Sydney floral decoration, Tiffany & Co, Sotheby’s auctioneers all come together to make this a unique art based event.
Eggstravaganza is the event that sees many artists both emerging and established challenged by the egg form, this oversized 300mm model egg. The egg unifies their differences and creates harmony…cherish this moment where artists from many different walks of life come together for this common goal and event. Suzanne once said buy an egg and help save a life…we all have needs…. sometimes those needs are beyond what their families can provide, it is at times a tall order. So these funds help to find that knowledge and methods to make a difference!
